For those in the know, Borough Market (London SE1) was voted London’s Best Shopping Experience at the Evening Standard’s ceremony at the O2 Arena. For those of us working in the trade, browsing the market on a Friday or Saturday is an excellent way to spot friends and to locate hard-to-find ingredients, whilst revelling in the smells and tastes of the UK’s oldest trading market.
