The case includes a biodynamic hillside old-vine Grenache from Corbieres, a smoky Pinot Noir from the edge of the Atacama Desert that has all the critics talking, and some Côtes du Roussillon magic from 'Best Sommelier of France' Hervé Bizeul. These are all listed at Michelin-starred restaurants around the capital, and have been chosen as favourites by our sommeliers.

Champagne Moutard, 'Persin', Grande Reserve (case of 6)
Six bottles of the highly awarded 'Persin' blanc de blancs. From a single vineyard in the Côte des Bar, the Moutard family use 10-20 year old vines to produce this all-Chardonnay Champagne. Hand-harvested, soft-pressed, and 4 centuries of family tradition - this is everything that a great Grower-Champagne should be.

Casa de la Ermita Jumilla, 2006 Rosado, Spain (case of 6)
Six bottles of rich, old-vine Monastrell: the Jumilla area is one of the rising stars of Spain. This estate, founded by Pedro Martin in 1999, is known for the deep, rich flavours that it coaxes from its old-vine Monastrell. Densely planted vines, and modern, temperature-controlled vinification techniques bring wonderful concentration to this Rosado (Rosé).

Twelve bottles of rich, old-vine Monastrell: the Jumilla area is one of the rising stars of Spain. This estate, founded by Pedro Martin in 1999, is known for the deep, rich flavours that it coaxes from its old-vine Monastrell. Densely planted vines, and modern, temperature-controlled vinification techniques bring wonderful concentration to this Rosado (Rosé).
