We’re offering a dozen (six wines, two of each) sommelier-selected bottles, including a biodynamic Pinot Blanc from Josmeyer, Alsace, and super-precise Austrian Grüner Veltliner from cult-winemaker Donabaum. Then we branch out to an old-vine rosé from Jumilla, one of regional Spain’s rising stars, a biodynamic Corbieres hillside old-vine Grenache marvel from Les Clos Perdus and some Côtes du Roussillon magic, Les Sorcières, made by one of the most talented sommeliers in the world. Finally, a velvety dessert wine from Chateau Rouquette in Loupiac to finish off. These are all listed at Michelin-starred restaurants around the capital, and have been chosen as favourites by our sommeliers.
