FAQs

Is there a membership fee to purchase from you?

No. There is no membership fee added to purchase our wines. You simply purchase the wines you like when you want.

Is the Preview Cru open to anyone?

Most definitely. Everyone is welcomed to sign up for the regular delivery.

What is the difference between Preview Cru and the Everyday Indulgences & Fine Dining cases?

The Preview Cru cases are a combination of both the Everyday Indulgences and Fine Dining collections, selected by us and automatically sent quarterly to those subscribing to the service. The Everyday Indulgences and Fine Dining wines rotate quarterly and can be reviewed before purchase on our website.

Can I always reorder my favourite wines?

We will always endeavour to get you your requested wines. However, as we are dealing with small, independent, generally limited-production wines we cannot guarantee your favourites will be around forever. We can guarantee that we will help you find another wine that you like.

Can you find me specific wines that are not on your list?

Often we can. We may have to purchase a minimum quantity on your behalf, but we’ll do our best to work the best deal that we can for you.

Do you supply wines for large parties (i.e., weddings, corporate events)?

Yes. We are more than happy to provide bespoke quotations for the larger quantities required for special functions. Please contact us directly with your enquiry.

Can you do a bespoke tasting?

Yes, we often hold after-work tastings in our clients’ offices. These normally operate as a try-before-you buy service, with the wines that you enjoy available to order on the night. The wines are delivered to your office or home at your convenience.

How many sommeliers do you work with?

The Professional Association of Sommeliers is in regular contact with over 350 working sommeliers.

Are the sommeliers paid by you?

No. The sommeliers receive no direct monetary compensation. Instead in return for their participation we reinvest profits back into the sommelier community in the form of bursaries for career development, which ultimately helps train the rising sommeliers of tomorrow.
