Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Charges
On orders less than r £150 in value there is a standard price of £6.00 per delivery (not per case) to mainland UK destinations*. We subsidise the cost of wine delivery to ensure that you receive a quality service but at a civilised price. If you order multiple cases, it helps us, so we offer free standard shipping on orders over £150.

Delivery Destinations
We regret that we cannot offer normal delivery to the Channel Isles, Isle of Man or any destinations outside of mainland UK. In special circumstances we may be arrange delivery to places outside mainland UK, at extra cost. Please contact us first before making any purchase.
Delivery Duration
Normally orders are delivered within 7 working days. If you require your delivery on a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best. We regret that we cannot accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box Number or from anyone whose own address contains a PO Box Number.
Daytime Delivery
Our standard delivery times are 8am-5:30pm Monday to Friday. If you are unlikely to be home during these hours, please provide special delivery instructions (i.e. neighbour) separate to your payment address. For an additional charge premium delivery services can be arranged including timed weekday and Saturday morning deliveries.
Damaged Goods
It is unusual for our wines to be damaged en-route, but we will replace or refund the price of goods damaged in transit, provided that you notify us within 3 days of receipt. Please check your wines as you receive them and keep the damaged goods for inspection.
Secure Payment
We use the Sagepay payment clearing system. Sagepay is the UK’s leading independent payment service provider. The transaction is carried out on Sagepay's secure servers, which have achieved the highest level of compliance (level 1) under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Sagepay's data security standard certificate may be viewed online here. Therefore we adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
Sommelier Cru does not hold your card data; this data is encrypted on the secure Sagepay system. When you join Preview Cru you give us authorisation to ask Sagepay to make the repeat payment as instructed by you.
All card orders are processed and authorised live prior to despatch, so please ensure that the details you give us are correct. We require you to supply the registered address of the Card holder, which is used to validate your order with your selected card company.
Prices
All prices are in UK pounds sterling and include VAT at the standard rate, currently 20.0%.
