For those formal celebratory moments, we have the highly awarded Champ Persin blanc de blancs, Grande Reserve Champagne from a single vineyard in the Côte des Bar. Hand-harvested, soft-pressed, and 4 centuries of family tradition - this is everything that a great Grower-Champagne should be. And to provide for those less-formal celebrations (i.e. it’s Friday, woohoo!) we have included the superb vivacious ripe red summer berry fruits of the Sparkling Rosé Reserve de Sours, from Chateau de Sours in Bordeaux.
