Previously with the Strategy Practice of Accenture Consulting, Jennifer is an experienced manager with rich hands-on experience of programme implementation, operations and practical understanding of the drivers and measurement of creating shareholder value. Prior to this, Jennifer worked (2 years) as a consultant in the drinks businesses on projects for Diageo, the French Government and others on market-entry, channel development and communications strategies, and then (1 year) as a consultant for the MOD, Standard Bank and Pearson, where she developed asset valuation methodologies for high-value investment decisions and intellectual property. After completing her MBA at London Business School in 2001, Jennifer worked within the accounting departing analysing asset financing portfolios and examining drivers of shareholder wealth.

Before graduate school, Jennifer was the business manager of a $40M entrepreneurial company where she implemented operational and management accounting controls, managed the launch of a $20M joint venture with Disney at Walt Disney World, and interfaced with Fox Television for internationally licensed intellectual property rights. Her early career (5 years) was in retail banking with Wells Fargo & Company where she ultimately was the Banking Officer responsible for managing cash management relationships for financial institutions and Fortune 500 clients in their highest revenue-generating office.
