Greg is the Sommelier at HUSH, whichy offers a superb combination of brasserie, restaurant, cocktail lounge bar and private rooms located in a peaceful courtyard in off Bond Street.
The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed and offers tables for up to 95 covers. The terrace outside seats up to 60 covers and offers the 'crème de la crème' of al fresco dining. The menu features traditional brasserie food such as smoked haddock and cod fishcakes, rare roast beef in a Yorkshire pudding with horseradish sauce, and not forgetting the celebrated hush hamburger which Nick Foulkes quoted as the 'best in London'. Breakfast is now served from 7.30am Monday to Friday on the terrace and in the brasserie.
